What do I get from my consultation?
All clients get a 60 minute consultation + a custom worksheet. Each consult is dedicated time with a design professional to clarify processes and answer questions regarding your future project.
What is included in the custom worksheet?

What is your cancellation policy?
Clients must notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the consultation will forfeit the 50% deposit fee. You may reschedule by emailing everyone@aplusaplusa.com with the subject ‘reschedule design clinic’.
Who is the ideal client for Design Clinic?
Anyone looking to alter, renovate and/or add to their current living or working spaces. We cater our services towards first time renovators however everyone is welcome!
How long will it take for me to get the custom worksheet?
We will deliver it no longer than 1 week after your initial consultation.
Can we meet online?
Yes! We are flexible and can meet in person at our office in Hudson Square or online within the scheduled hour of your consultation. If you choose to meet online, choose the option when booking and we will follow up with a Zoom link.
