Arianna Deane

Arianna is an architect and educator. Originally from Florida, she has a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture from UC Berkeley and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University. Before founding A+A+A Arianna worked in Naples, San Francisco and New York City, on commercial office spaces, civic architecture, multifamily residential and speculative projects with firms including Form4 Architecture, Agency—Agency, Herscoe Hajjar and Search & Design. She has taught architecture studios at NJIT Hillier College of Architecture, Parsons School of Constructed Environments and the Rhode Island School of Design.

Andrea Chiney

Andrea is a designer and educator. Originally from Peru and Canada, she has a Bachelor of Architectural Design from Carleton University and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University. Before founding A+A+A Andrea worked in Ottawa, Toronto and New York, tackling public projects such as libraries, public housing and hospitals for firms including Ennead Architects and Levenbetts. She has taught at Columbia University GSAPP, the Rhode Island School of Design, Pratt Institute and the Youth Design Center.

Ashely Kuo

Ashely is a designer and educator. Originally from Taiwan, she has a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University. Before founding A+A+A Ashely worked on high-end residential, commercial retail spaces, office spaces, and exhibition/stage design projects with firms including Food Architects, Studio Oana Stănescu, Agency–Agency, and Neumann Rudy Architects. She has taught at Columbia University GSAPP, NJIT Hillier College of Architecture, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Pratt Institute.
